Private Client Legal Secretary - EssexPermanent | 9am-5:30pm | Monday-Friday | Flexible working available

Our client is a prestigious Legal 500 Firm with numerous offices across the Essex area! Known for delivering exceptional client customer service. They are seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to support their dynamic team close to Basildon.

What you'll do:

Provide dedicated support to several Private Client Fee Earners from NQ to Partner level
Acting as a dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary
Handle varied administrative tasks
Assisting with drafting Wills, LPAs and CoP documents
Manage client calls and diary coordination
Assist with file management across the Team and Department

Candidate requirements need:

Previous secretarial experience in private client work is essential
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an established Private Client Legal Secretary
Excellent typing skills and strong organisational abilities
Professional communication skills
Can-do attitude with eagerness to learn
