About the Role:

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a leading national law firm at their brand new, modern, and vibrant Solihull office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take the next step in their career within a busy, high-quality private client team. This is a fully office-based role, providing an excellent opportunity to engage with a high volume of walk-in clients and build strong client relationships in a highly client-facing environment. You'll be working closely with the Head of Private Client, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of high-value and complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including (but not limited to) Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration
• Delivering high-quality legal advice and service to a diverse client base
• Maintaining and developing client relationships through excellent communication and professionalism
• Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the department
• Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and the wider team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a fee earner within a private client team is essential
• NQ solicitors and experienced paralegals are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• A proactive and professional attitude with strong organisational skills
• Confidence working independently and as part of a busy, fast-paced team
