My client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in SW London. This role offers the chance to develop your career in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced professionals on a range of private client matters, including:
Wills, probate, and estate administration
Trust creation and management
Tax planning
Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload with support from senior colleagues
Advising clients on legal issues related to estate planning, wills, and trusts
Conducting legal research to stay current on relevant laws and practices
Assisting with client meetings, drafting legal documents, and progressing cases from instruction to completion
Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified solicitor (NQ or similar level) with a strong interest in private client law
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment
