Are you experienced in or interested in Private Client Law? Here's your chance to join a National Firm, based in Sevonoaks! This growing, multi-specialist firm is expanding its Private Client department and is seeking to recruit a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and LPAs
• Liaising with clients and attending meetings
• File management - opening, closing, maintaining, and archiving files using a digital system
• Administering probate matters
• Supporting Senior Solicitors and the Head of Department with case research and court preparation

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 to £32,000 (dependent on experience)

Ideal Candidate:
You should have experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Private Client law, though other legal areas may be considered.
