Job Description - Private Client Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a professional law firm based in Liverpool, which is in need of a Private Client Paralegal.

The firm is open to Individuals with 2 year’s experience in Private Client.

They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Private Client Paralegal:

Drafting legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and probate forms.
Assisting with estate administration and the preparation of inheritance tax returns.
Managing files and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.

About you as a Private Client Paralegal:

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in private client/property work (wills, probate, trusts and LPA’s).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
