Private Client Paralegal

AJ Chambers is partnered with a long-standing and well-established law firm based in the City of London recruiting for a Private Client Paralegal.

This is an opportunity for a paralegal experienced in private client matters to join an established department in a London firm.

The role involves supporting our lawyers with a varied caseload of Private Client matters with a particular focus on:

• Wills
• Grant of Probate
• Administration of estates
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection deputyship applications
• Trust administration

The successful candidate must have the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge in the areas outlined above.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

Essential

• Experience or knowledge in private client work
• The ability to work in a client-facing role
• Good technical knowledge
• IT skills, including Word and Excel

Desirable

• LPC - There will be the opportunity to apply for a training contract in the firm after 1 year
• Driving licence - To assist with home and hospital visits to our clients
