Private Client Paralegal

Miller Grace are working with a well-established full-service law firm in Liverpool and are looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join a successful team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to join a legal 500 firm and benefit from the training and progression opportunities.

Ideal candidate:

- Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

- Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

- Managing an Estate Planning caseload.

- Draft a variety of documents including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney.

- Advising clients on Private Client matters such as Wills, Trusts, Probates, Power of Attorney.
