An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to join a thriving and well-respected team based in Cannock.

The Role:

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in a full range of private client matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients and offering initial legal guidance
• Preparing and managing the execution of Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Drafting Probate Applications
• Assisting in the administration of Estates

This role offers excellent exposure and the chance to grow your legal career within a supportive environment.

About You:

The firm is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who demonstrates:

• Previous experience in private client law (advantageous but not essential)
• A strong desire to learn and develop professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
