We are recruiting for a fantastic firm of solicitors based in Essex (exact location will be provided to suitable and interested applicants) who are looking for a new Private Client Paralegal Fee Earner to join their well established firm and PC department. If you are looking for an employer who will get to know you and value you as an integral part of the team then this role could be the perfect fit for you.

As Private Client Paralegal Fee Earner your role will include:

• Preparing LPA's and Wills including the provision of IHT advice
• Dealing with the administration of estates and trusts
• Dealing with Deputyship applications
• Client care
• Other related tasks to Private Client work leading to the development and growth of the department

The firm are seeking an ambitious Paralegal who is driven, hardworking and is confident in dealing with a full caseload. Must be on the path or keen to qualify as a Solicitor or FCILEX.
