Private Client Paralegal
Location: Richmond
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

A well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with some experience in private client work who is looking to progress their career in a firm that offers quality training, exposure to high-quality work, and long-term development.

The Role:

Supporting solicitors with a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other third parties
Preparing bundles and managing files
Conducting legal research and assisting with file progression

Requirements:

Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in a private client role (either in a paralegal or legal assistant capacity)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive client matters
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Law degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
