Job Description - Private Client Paralegal

An opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal to join a friendly, regional law firm with an outstanding reputation. The firm does very high-quality work and has high expectations of their paralegals. The firm offers great benefits and clear, outlined progression routes for its employees.

Candidate Criteria:

Specialist in Private Client Matters.
The ability to manage or assist on a caseload of wills, will amendments, probate, trusts, Court of Protection, and lasting power of attorney files.
Assisting the Head of Department with complex files.
Determination to progress and take on more responsibility.
