About the Role:

As a Private Client Paralegal/Legal Executive, you will:

• Manage and support a caseload of private client files
• Work on matters involving Wills, Probate, Trusts, EPA/LPAs, estate administration and more
• Support senior solicitors and legal executives with complex cases
• Engage with a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals
• Participate in business development and networking events (optional but encouraged)

Requirements:

• Prior experience working within a private client legal team
• Confidence in managing your own caseload, or assisting on more complex matters
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Suitable for individuals’ part-way through CILEX training or looking to qualify via alternative routes
• Ideally seeking full-time hours, but part-time applicants will also be considered
