The ideal person for them is STEP qualified, confident/strong with business development (and has an existing client following), can take the reins in leading the growth of the team and has expert knowledge in all aspects of private client law. As you can probably guess from the type of firm, the client base is high, and ultra high net worth individuals and families, so existing knowledge of this type of work is preferred.

Whilst the private client team in Leeds is small compared to the firm's overall size, there is a lot of cross-collaboration with other national offices which provides the opportunity to take on this leadership position and grow it as they see fit.

In line with calibre of firm, the benefits package is comprehensive and employee-focused, and you can expect at partner level, depending on experience and business plan, the package can reach up to £140,000.
