Job Title: Private Client - Probate Partner
Location: Chester City Centre
Remuneration: £60,000+ per annum (DOE)
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
Join our client's thriving team as a "Private Client - Probate Partner", where you'll play a vital role in handling a full spectrum of private client work, including:

Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administrations, and Trusts
Ensuring precise and reliable conduct of matters in line with Lexcel and SRA standards
Generating fee income and managing time recording, billing, and cash collection
Engaging in business development to grow your practise and the firm's presence
Supporting and supervising colleagues, ensuring a collaborative environment
Participating in marketing initiatives and fostering client relationships
Managing documentation and correspondence through our case management system
Nurturing a robust network of contacts and continuously seeking new client opportunities

Key Skills & Attitude:

A strong alignment with our client's mission and core values

Highly organised, efficient, and timely in your work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience:

Admitted as a solicitor or legal executive (or equivalent)
Minimum of 10 years PQE with a solid background in private client work
