Private Client /Residential Solicitor

We’re working closely with a long-established and highly regarded law firm based in Surrey, currently looking to expand their Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified or experienced professionals seeking a progressive and supportive environment where expertise is valued and growth is encouraged.

We are also keen to speak with ambitious, proactive legal professionals – whether you're a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or an experienced paralegal – with a strong background in private client law.

Private Client Solicitor
You will be joining an established team handling a varied and often complex caseload including:

• Wills (both simple and complex)
• Probate and estate administration
• Tax and estate planning
• LPAs and trusts

Property Solicitor/Conveyancer:
We’re looking for candidates with solid residential conveyancing experience, ideally with exposure to:

• Sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers
• Commercial property work is a bonus, though not essential
