Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity? My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support an expanding Private Client team. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing legal files and documents
• Providing outstanding client care and communication
• Preparing legal correspondence and documents
• Diary and appointment management
• Handling administrative and secretarial tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Private Client law
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and audio dictation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
