A well-established and highly respected law firm in New Milton is seeking an experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join their thriving department. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied caseload including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts and tax matters, as well as powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
• Provide high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
• Support junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Engage in business development initiatives to enhance the firm's market presence.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge in Private Client services.
• Client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently.
• STEP qualification or working towards it is highly desirable.
