Looking for a senior private client tax role with real technical bite?
This opportunity in central Reading could be just the one.

You'll be stepping into a highly trusted advisory position, supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and international clients with complex, often multi-jurisdictional matters. The role leans heavily towards advisory (not compliance-heavy), and requires strong experience in CGT, IHT, trusts, estates, property tax and international tax.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering bespoke tax planning and shareholder structuring advice

• Supporting clients with property disposals, succession planning, and cross-border issues

• Managing a portfolio of clients and helping to identify further opportunities

• Mentoring and supporting junior staff

• Getting involved in marketing and BD initiatives alongside partners

What you'll need to bring:

• Solid private client tax background

• Experience advising on a wide range of areas including CGT, IHT and international tax

• Confidence managing relationships with sophisticated clients

• Senior Manager-level experience, ideally in a mid-tier or private client-heavy firm
