Private Client Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Solicitors firm within their leading Private Client Department.

This is an immediate vacancy, and we are organising interviews ASAP.

Solicitor-(Private Client)

Permanent/Full Time

Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (core hours with some flexibility needed)

Salary-dependent on experience plus 5% qualifying earnings into pension

25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional perks

Our client is a thriving practice with offices in the heart of Lancaster and surrounding areas. They have an excellent base of clients many of whom they have acted for over several generations.

Working closely with STEP qualified Partners who are experts in their field, the successful candidate can expect to provide legal services to farmers, landowners, estates, business owners, trustees, charities and private individuals.

You will be dealing with a wide range of Private Client Matters, including:

1. Wills

2. Lasting Powers of Attorney

3. Estates

4. Deputyships

5. Applications to the Court of Protection

6. Estate Planning

7. Trusts

8. The Charity Commission

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and communicate and develop good working relationships with a broad range of clients and other professionals.

The Private Client department is well respected so you will be working with a range of supportive private client professionals all with their own expertise. They encourage and foster individual development for all team members.
