Private Client Solicitor

Our client is a well-established legal firm with multiple offices across the East Midlands. The firm specialises in private client services and conveyancing, supported by dedicated departments in these areas. It emphasises team collaboration and provides opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Handle private client matters, including wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and estate administration, with minimal supervision
• Work independently, managing cases efficiently and effectively
• Contribute to business development efforts to expand the Nottingham office’s client base and workload
• Participate in regular meetings and consultations with teams from other offices to maintain a collaborative approach
• Make this role your own and develop the department in your choice of direction

Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience in private client law, particularly wills, LPAs and estate administration
• Capable of working autonomously with limited on-site supervision
• Proven ability in business development, with an existing client base or network being highly desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage client relationships and cases effectively
