Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor

Location: Grangemouth, Linlithgow, Stirling
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (NQ Solicitors from £30k)
Contract: Full-time (WFH flexibility after 3 months for exceptional candidates)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team in Grangemouth, Linlithgow, and Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate solicitor to develop their career in private client law within a supportive and dynamic environment. If you have recently qualified or have gained some experience in private client matters, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice on a variety of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, and powers of attorney

Manage your own caseload, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering support on sensitive legal issues

Collaborate with a team of solicitors and support staff to ensure that client needs are met effectively

Assist with estate administration, preparing documents, and providing basic tax advice

What We're Looking For:
A qualified solicitor (recently qualified or junior-level) with an interest in private client law

Experience or a strong desire to develop expertise in wills, trusts, estates, and powers of attorney

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

A proactive and organised approach to managing your caseload

Willingness to travel to our Grangemouth, Linlithgow, and Stirling offices as required

For exceptional candidates, we are open to the possibility of 2 days working from home after an initial 3-month period
