We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join our Law firm in Newcastle to undertake wills, probate and estate administration work and uphold exceptional standards of quality and client care.

Responsibilities

Advise, assist and represent clients, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client
care at all times
Manage wills, probate, and estate administration work.
Provide exceptional client care and maintain high-quality standards.
Balance client caseload and non-casework responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Handle complex or high-value work with responsibility.
Meet annual billing and performance targets; record chargeable/non-chargeable time.
Collaborate with fee earners and support staff, contributing to a team environment.
Stay updated with relevant legislation, case law, and professional development.
Participate in supervision, addressing learning needs and maintaining competence.
Contribute to business development through marketing, networking, and cross-selling opportunities.
Comply with professional standards, regulations, and report any risks or issues.
