Due to a large client base and an increase in existing workload, a Private Client Solicitor is required to join the team. This is a very reputable law firm looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to excel in a role that combines technical expertise with compassionate client care. 

About You:
You are a personable and empathetic professional who understands the sensitivity required when supporting vulnerable clients, especially during difficult times. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for private client law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fee-earning work, contributing to the profitability of the department
• Handle a range of private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, probate, and tax advice, with a foundational understanding of trusts
• Actively engage in marketing and business development through networking, seminars and cross-department collaboration
• Provide exceptional client care and continually seek ways to enhance the client experience
• Manage your own appointments, including travel to client meetings
• Develop specialist knowledge within your field
• Utilise online file management systems and contribute to improving internal processes
