Are you a proactive and motivated Private Client Solicitor looking for a new role in Ludlow with a reputable Shropshire based firm?

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Independently handle a variety of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), Probate
• and Court of Protection cases
• Business Development & Marketing: Play an active role in growing the department by attracting new clients and fostering strong relationships
• Client Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, inheritance matters, and wealth preservation
• Client Care Excellence: Deliver outstanding client service, maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for trust and reliability

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor: Minimum 2+ years PQE in Wills, Probate, and Private Client Law
• Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of Wills, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Probate matters
• Business-Minded Approach: Ability to engage in marketing and attract new clients to the firm
• Organisational Skills: Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases effectively
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with MS Office, case management, and legal research systems
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills, with a client-first approach
• Team Player: Able to collaborate within the firm while working independently
