Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive - Swindon 

This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Private Client Lawyer to lead the private client department at a well-established full service Legal 500 law firm in Swindon.

In this position you will manage an interesting high-value and complex private client matters, whilst shaping the strategic growth of the department.

What will you do?

• Lead & develop the private client team in Swindon
• Handlecomplex wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and tax matters
• Act as a key contact for high-net-worth clients and families
• Provide technical expertise on inheritance tax, trusts and complex ownership structures
• Drive business development
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What experience is required?

• 8+ years’ PQE in private client work
• STEP qualified (or working towards full membership) preferred
• Proven experience handling complex estates, trusts, and tax planning
• Strong leadership & team management skills
