OVERVIEW

Join a prestigious Legal 500 firm in Kingsbridge within an expanding Private Client Department. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals, on a broad range of complex and high-value matters, in a collaborative and professional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Working alongside the head of the department and other experienced solicitors to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters.
· Advising high-net-worth individuals on matters including estate planning, will writing, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications.
· Managing estate administration and providing guidance on complex succession planning.
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.

ABOUT YOU

· Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
· A proven track record of managing a broad caseload of non-contentious private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, and administration
·Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
· A team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team's success
Strong communication and client care skills, particularly when dealing with high-net-worth individuals
