Position: Senior Solicitor (Private Client)

Location: Chester city centre and Remote

Experience: 5-10 years PQE

Salary: Up to £70k, plus extensive benefits

Renowned multi-site practice, operating out of Chester city centre - and at home! - are expanding their incredibly well-regarded Private Client team.

This important, senior hire will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 5yrs+ PQE, guideline of 5-10yrs PQE) with extensive experience within the private client sphere. As a leading light in the specialist private client team, your role will be to take on a caseload of your own clients, assist with the day to day running of the team and be at the forefront of the continued development of the private client offering.

Role Overview:

This senior role requires a qualified Solicitor with significant experience in the private client sector. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of high-net-worth clients
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the team
• Leading the development of the private client services

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling high net worth private client matters, including trusts, taxes, estates and powers of attorney
• Addressing business and agricultural issues
• Working independently with support from the team
• Taking a leadership role, second only to the Partner
