Are you a dedicated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a rewarding opportunity to excel in a fee-earning role? A well-established firm is looking for a talented professional to join its Private Client team, managing a varied caseload while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle fee-earning work independently and collaboratively, contributing to departmental growth
• Manage Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPAs) and estate/trust administration
• Supervise support staff and coordinate related services effectively
• Support business development through client outreach and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate records using a case management system
• Identify and pursue new fee-earning opportunities
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client service

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 12 months’ experience
• Strong expertise in Wills, Trusts, LPAs and Estate Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines efficiently
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
