What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a caseload of wills, probate, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax matters
Advising a broad client base with clarity, professionalism and empathy
Supporting business development initiatives to grow the department
Working with autonomy, while supported by a senior legal team and administrative resource

We’d Love to Hear From Candidates Who Have:
? A background in Private Client law – either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
? Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, Probate and Inheritance Tax (experience in Trusts or Court of Protection is a bonus)
? A proactive and client-focused mindset
? The ability to manage your own caseload independently
? A track record of hitting fee income targets or growing client relationships
