Key Responsibilities:

• The team advise on a range of tax mitigation strategies and succession planning
• Will drafting, estate administration and advisory work
• Advise globally mobile clients in relation to its UK estate and tax exposure
• The team also handles contentious trusts and probate matters for executors, trustees and beneficiaries

What We’re Looking For:

? Private Client Solicitor 6yrs PQE+

? Private Client Solicitor with experience advising High Net Worth clients, charity formation and administration, income tax and capital gains tax would be preferable

? Applicants that have experience supervising junior fee-earners

? Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualified preferable

?Applicants ideally have some client following and/or market contacts
