Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
• Manage estate administration, including probate applications, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Deliver empathetic and tailored solutions to meet individual client needs.
• Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Stay up to date with evolving legal regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

? Private Client Solicitor (England & Wales) around 4 years’ PQE in wills and probate.

? Comprehensive knowledge of wills, probate and estate planning with the ability to handle complex caseloads.

? STEP membership is advantageous but not essential.

? Private Client with experience giving advice on inheritance tax and estate planning.
