Position: Private Client Solicitor
Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered)
Location: Norfolk (hybrid)
Salary guide: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

The Role:

We have partnered with our well-respected client in Norfolk to help them in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor. This full-time, permanent position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise while making a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the team. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and setting up trusts
• Advising on estate and tax planning, including inheritance tax mitigation
• Handling estate administration and probate matters from start to finish
• Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters
• Managing your own caseload efficiently and independently
• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients on sensitive issues
• Liaising with third parties such as financial advisers, accountants, and HMRC
• Keeping up to date with changes in private client law and best practice

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Lisenced Executive (minimum 3 years PQE).
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding caseload
• A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
• A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice

Package:

• Competitive salary between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
