Private Client Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wills and Estates Solicitor, NQ upwards, to join a well-established legal practice near Batley, following a planned retirement. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of Wills, Estates, and Trusts matters. Key responsibilities include estate administration, obtaining probate, drafting wills, arranging Lasting Powers of Attorney, charitable gifts, settlements and trusts, as well as advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.

The ideal candidate will have NQ-5 years of post-qualification experience in the Wills and Estates sector, along with a strong track record of client care. Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and discretion are essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using a case management system, capable of managing a varied caseload, and committed to strengthening the firm’s connections within the local community.

This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum requirement of 25 hours per week.
