Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded, forward-thinking law firm currently expanding their private client. They are now seeking a Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their collaborative, partner-led department.

ROLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 4 years’+
Location: South East London
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE and interview performance

The role offers a clear pathway for progression, exposure to complex and high-value work, and a genuinely flexible working environment. You’ll handle a varied caseload of estate administration matters, including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Wills and Inheritance Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
• Deputyship applications
• Advising clients from instruction through to completion
• This role involves regular client contact and close collaboration with other specialist teams across the firm.

What We’re Looking For

• An England & Wales qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ post-qualified experience in private client law
• Experience handling probate, wills, LPA, and estate administration matters
• A proactive and personable approach with strong client-care skills
• A genuine team player with a positive attitude and commercial awareness
