The Role

This position offers you a unique chance to take on a truly autonomous role, working within an established Private Client team. You will be responsible for managing a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts and Probate, while contributing to the team’s overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Wills, Trusts and Probate cases with expertise and precision
• Proactively developing and growing the client base in the Gatwick area
• Managing client files based in Brighton and Hove, with travel required between Gatwick and Brighton offices
• Providing exceptional client care and maintaining high professional standards

Ideal Candidate

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience
• Possess strong expertise in Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Be motivated, business development-focused and proactive in growing the client base
• Be comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team
