A well-established, multi-office law firm in Northamptonshire is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its Legal 500-recognised team, offering an exciting platform for career growth and long-term development.

Working from the firm’s Higham Ferrers office, you’ll join a collaborative and supportive team, managing your own varied caseload while benefitting from expert guidance across the wider private client group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a values-led, client-focused environment.

The Role:

You’ll provide trusted advice across the full spectrum of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax planning and asset protection
• Creation and administration of Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Working with high-net-worth clients and complex estate matters

You will also play a part in business development and client care initiatives, with support from a dedicated marketing team. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential, support will be given for those working towards it.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (ideally with 0–3 years PQE)
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail
• A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to client care
• Interest in developing professionally and contributing to the team’s ongoing success

• Salary: £45,000+, depending on experience
