I’m working with a Top Tier Legal 500 firm in Watford that is looking to welcome a private client solicitor into its highly regarded team. You’ll be stepping into a varied and rewarding role, managing a caseload that spans the full range of private client matters. This includes estate administration, wills of all complexities, LPAs, and inheritance tax planning. You’ll also advise on and implement arrangements such as lifetime trusts, gifting strategies, and deeds of variation. The work is high quality, often with HNW clients, but always with a focus on clear, empathetic client service.

This is a role for someone who thrives on client interaction and can manage matters from instruction through to completion. You’ll be liaising with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other stakeholders — and will need to be confident in communicating complex information in a practical, approachable way.

You should be a qualified solicitor with at least three years’ PQE in private practice. The right person will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident managing their own caseload. Strong technical grounding, commercial awareness, and good working knowledge of legal software will all serve you well here.
