A renowned full-service practice in Southport is expanding its well-regarded Private Client team and is looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join the team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a perfect balance between professional growth and personal convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, taxes, estates and powers of attorney
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the team
• Handle complex issues involving business, agriculture and foreign assets
• Play an integral role in the development and success of the team, acting as the de facto number two in a four-person unit
