A well-respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to launch and grow its private client presence in Stafford. This is a standout opportunity to build your caseload from scratch and establish yourself as the sole private client specialist in a key office location.

The Firm:

• Established regional law firm with multiple offices across the West Midlands
• Renowned for its strong conveyancing practice and high levels of client care
• Expanding its private client services into the Stafford office as part of its continued growth

The Role:

As the sole Private Client Solicitor in the Stafford office, you will:

• Build a new caseload of private client matters from the ground up
• Advise on a full range of work including wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, estate administration and powers of attorney
• Drive business growth through networking, marketing and internal referrals from the busy conveyancing team
• Represent the firm as the main point of contact for all private client matters in Stafford
• Work independently, while being part of a supportive wider private client team across the firm’s network

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in private client law
• A proven ability to manage your own caseload
• Strong business development skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
• Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision
• A client-focused and professional manner
