About the Firm/Role:
A respected and long-established multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their well-regarded team in Derby. With a loyal client base and a strong presence across the East Midlands, the firm offers a professional yet supportive environment where client care and long-term relationships are at the heart of everything they do.

You will manage a broad and high-quality caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The firm places strong emphasis on a personal and empathetic service, and you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

About You:A qualified solicitor/legal executive or equivalent experience ideally with with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience Able to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision. Strong technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. A personable and professional communicator, able to deliver high-quality client service. A STEP qualification or progress towards it would be advantageous but is not essential.
