A well-established and rapidly expanding law firm in Romsey is seeking a motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a private client practitioner to make their mark within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

• Join a dedicated Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning team comprising 3 partners and 7 fee-earners across the firm
• Manage your own caseload focusing primarily on Wills and Probate matters, with opportunities to gain exposure to Trusts, Court of Protection, and Estate Planning under supervision
• Work independently while benefiting from a strong, established team for support
• Contribute to business development and help raise the firm's profile in the Romsey market
• Embody and promote the firm's values through excellent client care and teamwork

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience handling a variety of Wills and Probate matters; the firm is flexible regarding the level of experience due to an established existing team
• Existing knowledge of the Romsey market along with networking and business development skills would be advantageous
• A committed team player with enthusiasm to collaborate and grow the department
• STEP qualification or willingness to work towards this accreditation is desirable
