Private Client Solicitor – Telford

A leading firm of Solicitors with offices across Shropshire proud of their modern approach, professional standards and reputation for delivering exceptional legal services is now seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive at NQ+ level to join the Telford office.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Private Client Solicitor in this team, you will come on board to manage a caseload of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters and the role will involve:

• Drafting legal documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Liaising with clients, often in emotionally sensitive situations, as well as with other professionals and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations
• Contributing to the development of the department through business generation and client relationship management

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or suitably experienced professional within private client law
• Previous experience in Wills, Probate, LPA and Court of Protection work is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and strong file management skills
• Organised, motivated and able to meet deadlines within a busy office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a legal case management system is advantageous
