This long established and reputed full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a busy team in Launceston, Devon. You should be a mid-level lawyer used to handling your own caseload.

Your Role:

• You will be a capable mid-level lawyer looking to plug a gap between a team of junior and senior lawyers
• You will handle some of the more complicated work, while the other seniors concentrate on supporting junior team members
• Advise clients on a variety of private client matters, including:
  
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Trust management
  • Wills
  • Estate planning
  • Power of Attorney
  • Tax and Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning

What You will need:

• Experience as a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
• At least 2-3 years private client experience
• Formal qualifications are not essential for this role – unqualified lawyers or those partway through professional training are very welcome
