I'm working exclusively with a prestigious Top 200 UK law firm, known for its deep-rooted client relationships, technical excellence, and collegiate culture. With offices across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, the firm offers city-quality work, without the London commute.

The firm’s Private Client team is Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked and High Net Worth Chambers rated, frequently instructed by HNWI, UHNW families, trustees, business owners, and public figures on multi-jurisdictional estates, complex trust structures, and strategic inheritance tax planning.

Led by a team of highly respected Partners - all STEP members - the group is widely regarded for its technical expertise, discretion, and client care.

This role offers exposure to exceptional-quality work. Recent instructions include:

• Advising a very wealthy married couple on wills and inheritance tax planning amid changing family dynamics and domicile complexities.

• Administering the estate of a high-value widow, involving complex lifetime trust arrangements to maximise intergenerational tax efficiency.

• Acting for Trustees of a discretionary Will Trust involving personal and business assets, navigating fiduciary duties in the context of significant family conflict.

Clients include:

• Executors of taxable estates with cross-border elements

• High-net-worth married couples and families

• Trustees of complex will and discretionary trusts

• Executors of estates valued in the millions

• Ultra-high-net-worth individuals with multi-jurisdictional assets

You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported and mentored on more technical and high-value matters, including estate planning for businesses, trusts involving agricultural and business property relief, and wealth preservation across generations.
