Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor, 2–5 Years PQE, Hertfordshire /Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) - We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and committed Private Client Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to join this growing Wills, Trusts & Probate team. JOB REF: 0492.

THE ROLE:
• Advising clients and drafting Wills, including more complex testamentary arrangements
• Preparing LPAs and Powers of Attorney
• Managing a broad range of estate administration, from basic non-taxable estates to high-value estates
• Advising on and setting up lifetime and Will trusts, including life interest and discretionary trusts
• STEP membership is advantageous

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE
• Communicates clearly and kindly with clients and colleagues alike
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
