The role: Our client, a bespoke firm close to Richmond, is seeking to employ a solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in private client matters. The successful applicant will utilise their knowledge and expertise, handling a wide caseload of private client matters, whilst proving to be an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor to include:

• Handling a wide caseload of private client matters
• Simple and complex Wills & probate
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Estate administration
• Liaising with clients and external parties
• Building and maintaining client relationships

The Private Client Solicitor ideal Candidate:

• 1-4 years PQE within the area of Private Client
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload (ideally including high net worth clients), with efficiency and care.
• IT literate
