We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a team in Bexleyheath. This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with a strong background in private client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, provide expert legal advice, and deliver a high standard of client care.

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Meet with clients to take detailed instructions and provide tailored legal advice.
• Draft legal documents including wills, LPAs, and trust deeds.
• Handle probate matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law.
• Proven experience in handling a broad range of private client matters independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• STEP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
