About the Role: You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters, offering tailored legal advice to a loyal and growing client base. This is a key position within a busy and respected department.

Key areas of work include:

• Drafting wills and advising on inheritance tax planning
• Probate and the administration of estates
• Creation and management of trusts
• Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Providing clear, compassionate guidance to clients from all walks of life

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in private client work
• Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently
• A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable, but not essential)
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development
