A friendly and supportive law firm, known for its excellent culture and commitment to providing ongoing development to all staff has an opening in its Private Client Team.

About the Role:

As a Private Client Fee-Earner, you will handle your own diverse caseload of Private Client matters. You will work closely with the experienced team of Private Client Solicitors and support staff in a collaborative and welcoming environment.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Probate and administration of estates
• Creation and management of trusts
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
• Deputyship applications and Court of Protection work

About You:

To be considered for this Private Client role, you should have:

? A qualified (or soon to be qualified) Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ–2 PQE)

? Solid experience and working knowledge of Private Client law, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and deputyships

? Excellent client care skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and their families

? Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

? Additional experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is desirable but not essential
