Trusts & Tax Solicitor – Nottingham (with Hybrid Working)
Full-Time | ? Hybrid | £55,000 – £70,000 DOE

We’re working with a highly regarded, multi-office law firm that’s looking to grow its Private Client team with the hire of an experienced Trusts & Tax Solicitor.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-structured team as part of a long-term succession plan- there’s no pressure to hit the ground running, but you’ll have the space to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a team of specialists, including a tax manager and paralegal, with the flexibility to base yourself in Nottingham and enjoy a hybrid working model.

The Role

You’ll focus on a high-quality caseload involving:

• Trust creation and administration
• Specialist tax planning and advisory work
• Drafting complex trust documents and supplementary agreements
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider Private Client team

? About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in Private Client with a specific focus on Trusts & Tax
• Commercially aware and client-focused, with a proactive attitude
• Confident in managing your own caseload and advising HNW individuals
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating and problem-solving
